Once you registar, our shopping cart contents will be saved until you delete or purchase them, you will receive news letters from us (of course you can chose not to), save different address to send our products as gifts, and keep track of your orders. Also, you will be able to see your past orders. In the newsletters, we will notify you about our new products, new system, and/or sale information.
Payment
We accept creditcard payment by Visa and Master card. Also paypal and checks are accepted, but the products will not be shipped until the check is cleared. State tax will be added to the amount for CA residence. You will be able to see it in the process of check out. Orders are not confirmed until you click the "confirm order" button. Even after that, we accept cancellation if the products have not been sent.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped by first class, priority mail or UPS for domestic orders. Shipping cost will be caluculated when you click a button "shipping estimator" in the shopping cart screen, select your place and click recalucurate. We ship worldwide as long as USPS delivers it. We offer discounted airmail shipping cost. If the shipping charge does not show on the shopping cart screen, please contact us.

Returns
For products with defects, we will exchange the products and reimburse the shipping charge. Product returns needs to be authorized by contacting us through e-mail within 7 days of the arrival of the products. You will be given a return number. The products without a return number will not be received. You may return the products without defects if it has not been opened. In this case, shipping cost will not be reinbursed and you will be charged for 15% restocking fee. You must noify us within 7 days of the products arrival and need to obtain the return number. The products without return number will not be received.
